Sports/ Deep Tissue Massage
Sports massage focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension. This type of massage is used to relieve muscle tightness, help assist recovery and can help relieve increased pain.
Bowen Therapy
Bowen therapy, is a form of bodywork. It involves gently stretching the fascia — the soft tissue that covers all your muscles and organs — to promote pain relief. Specifically, this form of therapy uses precise and gentle, rolling hand movements.
Lymphatic Drainage
This treatment is commonly used in areas of swelling or where fluid retention may be held. This is safe and can be recommended post surgery to encourage the healing phase.
Reflexology
This is a complementary health therapy which is seen to be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing; by helping to reduce stress. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, correspond with different areas of the body.
Triple R
The body's equivalent to an MOT, this treatment will target all major muscle groups with a full body sports massage, cupping and heat therapy, finished off with some deep stretching. Treatment time is 2 hours.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage involves long, kneading strokes combined with rhythmic tapping strokes and movement of the joints. This type of massage aims to relieve muscular tension and promote relaxation.
Pregnancy Massage
Helps to relax mother and baby safely, helping to treat common complaints during or following pregnancy. Tailored to your individual needs.
Top To Toe
Indulge in a half body or full body massage with a back scrub, hot stones, then relax with a relaxing facial, finished with some reflexology. This treatment is used to promote relaxation within the body and mind. Time frame is between 90min and 120mins.
B.A.C.K to Basics Programme
This programme is designed to promote basic movement within the body, helping with stretching, building knowledge and understanding on lifestyle and fitness along with a monthly treatment. The programme includes, 4 x PT Sessions , 1 X Monthly Massage, Breath Work, Stretching and Promoting PMA. This programme can be useful if you have mobility issues and want to gain some movement, if you want your body to move and work as effectively as it can for as long as possible. Don't let your age put you off, it is friendly for all age ranges. During this programme you will be working with both Ben and Kristy.
